We were alerted to a calculation error in the ASRS and GAD-7 assessments that occurred between 8–9 January 2026. We've since fixed the issue.

- If you downloaded a PDF report during this window, please delete it and download a new copy—the original may contain incorrect results
- Your submitted responses are safe and unchanged
- All assessments now generate accurate reports
