Accessibility Standards
Our platform aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
We also strive to meet the accessibility requirements of:

PDF Documents
Some PDF documents (e.g., GP referral letters uploaded by patients) may not be fully accessible as we do not have control over their creation. We are working to:
- Provide downloadable PDF assessment results with proper tagging for screen readers
- Offer HTML versions of assessment results as an alternative
- Encourage GPs to submit accessible referral documents
Third-Party Integrations
Some third-party services embedded in our platform may have their own accessibility limitations:
- Stripe Payment Elements: Payment form controlled by Stripe (generally accessible, but we cannot customize)
- Google Calendar (Clinicians Only): Clinician calendar integration relies on Google's accessibility implementation

Telehealth Accessibility
Our mental health services are delivered via telehealth (video consultations), which offers several accessibility benefits:
