Wait times

Because we work by telehealth across Australia, families are not held back by local waitlists. Here is what you can typically expect.

What affects your wait

Your wait depends on when a suitable appointment is available and on how quickly we receive your referral and supporting documents. Sending your referral early helps us confirm a time sooner.

A GP Mental Health Treatment Plan or a referral from your GP or paediatrician is needed to claim a Medicare rebate. You are welcome to start your booking before your referral is ready.
