What affects your wait
Your wait depends on when a suitable appointment is available and on how quickly we receive your referral and supporting documents. Sending your referral early helps us confirm a time sooner.
A GP Mental Health Treatment Plan or a referral from your GP or paediatrician is needed to claim a Medicare rebate. You are welcome to start your booking before your referral is ready.
