Parent report for comprehensive ADHD screening in children
The NICHQ Vanderbilt Parent Rating Scale is a validated diagnostic tool for ADHD, ODD, Conduct Disorder, and anxiety/depression screening in children ages 6-12. After completing this parent assessment, you can invite your child's teacher(s) to provide school-based observations. Results combine both home and school perspectives for comprehensive ADHD evaluation.
This is not a diagnosis. It is a screening tool to help identify symptoms. Only a qualified healthcare provider can make a clinical diagnosis, so please discuss your results with your GP.
Questions ask about the past 2 weeks, and you can retake this assessment every 90 days to track changes over time.
