18-question ADHD screening tool for adults
The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) is a validated screening tool for ADHD in adults. It consists of 18 questions based on DSM-5 criteria, with Part A serving as a quick 6-item screener.
This is not a diagnosis. It is a screening tool to help identify symptoms. Only a qualified healthcare provider can make a clinical diagnosis, so please discuss your results with your GP.
Questions ask about the past 2 weeks, and you can retake this assessment every 90 days to track changes over time.
